Build and Design.

I’m not always behind a computer designing. I can often be found in my garage workshop either tinkering or working on a house project. I have a knack for seeing what a space could be, not just what it is right then and there. I’ve peeled back many layers of shag carpeting and vinyl flooring to attest to this.

Bathroom Remodel

  • Before.

    When we moved into out house it was apparent that there had been no updated made in a very, very long time.

  • After

    With this being basically the only bathroom in the house, minus the creepy toilet in the basement (which seems to be a midwest thing), we were adamant about it being nice and inviting.

  • Floor Leveling

    I can’t even remember how many layers of flooring there were in here. Needless to say it was very uneven after demo. A layer of self leveling concrete does the trick for a level surface to tile on.

  • Tiling.

    After removing so many layers of flooring and then leveling the floor, i was able to start laying tile.

  • More Tiling.

    Bathrooms should have tile on the walls at least half way up. Due to the moisture in the room.

Kitchen Remodel

  • Before.

    This was how we bought out first house. Ugly, but with potential.

  • After.

    Nothing a full gut-job can’t clean up.

  • Before.

  • Demo.

    Removed the old microwave vent hood then removed the soffit and replaced with drywall.

  • Almost Final

    Removed the vent hood to do the final touches; laying the tile backsplash to the ceiling.
